I have to speak at ______, about ______. It should run ______ when read out loud. Here's what I remember about them, in no particular order: ______ Please: 1. Write it in my voice — plain and warm, the way an ordinary person actually talks. No poetry, no quotations, no "webster's dictionary defines." 2. Build it around the specific things I told you. Do not invent memories I didn't give you. 3. Mark where I should pause. 4. Then tell me which part is weakest and what you'd need from me to fix it. Read it back to yourself for rhythm. It has to sound right spoken, not just on paper.
